Directions
In an IP, add 1 cup water and steam your veggies and nuts for 10 mins at high pressure, in a steaming basket.
After 10 mins of natural release, Open the IP very carefully, by pressing the valve.
In a blender, add your boiled veggies and nuts, along with the seasonings.
At this point add the veggie stock cube, and nutritional yeast.
Blend until everything comes together ,fully mashed, and creamy.
That's it ! The ultimate no cheese-cheese sauce is up for some game.
