The fruit that tastes and feels like butter when ripe is avocado. Avocados have always been my portable fruit next to apples and bananas. They are easy to cut, and scoop. They've become one of the best in nutrition and one of the most versatile fruit in the households now a days.

Pick your avocados
Avocados come in different shapes and sizes. However they may look, all avocados are creamy on the inside with nutty flavor.
Usually avocados are best used when ripe. How to pick your avocado is by simply checking for green part under the stalk while it is still hard. I always get my avocados unripe from store and leave it on the counter to let it ripe.

For The guacamole recipe:
In a large bowl mash up the avocado,and mix in chopped onion, chopped tomato, finely chopped Jalapenos, chopped cilantro, lime juice.
At the end fold in regular mayonnaise(or vegan Mayo), pepper and salt to taste.
Now for the toast:
Toast the bread(preferably a multigrain bread)
Spread the guacamole.
Finally sprinkle some Chia seeds, and Enjoy.
