This is the first ever recipe that I experimented at home while trying to change my lifestyle.The store bought cookies were delicious and have their own ratings. The cookies made at home were on another level. The satisfaction of knowing the ingredients I used was a bliss.These cookies took me to another comfort zone and I was always up for another grab. They are healthy, gluten free, vegan, nutritious, easy to make and HEY they are GUILT-FREE!!!

Mix together the components with a spatula.
Scoop the dough on to the cookie tray.
3. Pre-heat
Conventional Oven - bake them at 350°F for 12-15 mins
Air Fryer - bake them at 360° for 10-12 mins
4. Keep an eye on your cookies.
In the air fryer flip them over at 10 mins and continue baking.
